摘要
用山药水煎剂30,60 g/kg给小鼠灌胃连续10 d,可以降低正常小鼠的血糖,对四氧嘧啶引起的小鼠糖尿病有预防及治疗作用,并可对抗由肾上腺素或葡萄糖引起的小鼠血糖升高。结果表明山药有降血糖作用。
The decoction of Rhizoma Dioscorea (RD) 30, 60 g/kg ig for 10 days, significantly decreased blood glucose level in normal mice. RD ig with the same doses before or after the treatment of alloxan also decreased the blood glucose level in alloxan diabetic mice. The elevation of blood glucose level induced by adrenaline (ip) or glucose (ip) was antagonized by RD.
