摘要
常规的脉冲式热处理炉存在炉温均匀性较差、能耗大的问题。为此,将常规式热处理炉改造成蓄热式热处理炉。经6个方面的改造,不仅提高了热处理炉炉温的均匀性,而且在能源消耗上,每炉天然气消耗量至少可以节约30%。
Conventional pulsating heat treatment furnaces present such problems as non-uniform temperature and excessive energy consumption. For this reason, a common heat treatment furnace was reformed to regenerate one. After being reformed in six respects the regenerate furnace offered relatively uniform furnace temperature and at least 30% lower natural gas consumption.
