感应探头在壳体零件精密加工中的应用

摘要 简述了数控加工中心采用感应探头的基本特点。分析了用传统方法加工机壳类零件时存在的问题。采用数控加工设备与感应探头相结合的加工工艺,铝合金机壳加工尺寸的精度比传统数控设备加工尺寸的精度有明显的提高,保证了产加工品尺寸精度的一致性,和加工过程中尺寸的稳定性。 Essential features of application of an induction probe in numerically controlled machining centre were briefly described. The problems encountered in machining shell parts by traditional machining technology were analyzed. Aluminum alloy shell machined by numerically controlled machining equipment in combination with the induction probe showed obviously higher dimensional accuracy than by traditional numerically controlled machining equipment, making certain that consistency of dimensional accuracy of machined products and stability dimension of the products during machining.
