摘要
铁屑经分类、初步风干、烘干、冷却和装袋等工序预处理后,作为原材料以1O%配比铸造生产轿车球铁件,以15%左右配比铸造生产轿车灰铁件,铸件质量稳定,力学性能、硬度及显微组织均符合相应的技术要求,有效降低了铸造生产成本。
After being classified, air-dried, heat-druied, cooled and bagged, iron chips may be used as a raw material to produce nodular iron castings gray iron castings for car, and its ratio is 10% for the former, and 15% for the latter. Such castings exhibited stable quality, and acceptable mechanical properties and microstructure, thus making it possible to lower effectively the production cost of casting.
