摘要
阐述了钢液中气体的存在形式和来源。分析了钢液中气体析出的机制。提出了中频感应炉熔炼可以采取控制原、辅材料的质量、惰性气体保护熔炼和浇注及正确加入合金元素等工艺措施来避免钢液大量吸气。实践证明,这些工艺措施的采用可以有效地降低钢液中氮、氢、氧等气体的含量。
Form and source of gases present in molten steel described. The mechanism whereby the gases are liberated was analyzed. The problem that a large amount of gas will he absorbed by molten steel may be removed by controls of quality of raw and auxiliary materials, smelting and pouring under an inert gas, and proper addition of alloying elements. From practice it has been conformed that conyents of nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen and so on in molten steel may effectively reduced ny adoptionof abovenamed process measures.
