摘要
电机支承座是HXD3D机车电机悬挂装置中的关键零件,其结构特殊。鉴于这一点,分析了支承座的铸造工艺,并应用数值模拟软件对其充型和凝固过程进行了模拟分析。结果表明,设计的浇冒口系统能实现支承座的平稳充型和顺页序凝固。铸件的无损检测结果表明,支承座的铸造工艺设计合理,支承座铸件没有缩松、缩孔等缺陷。
Motor support seat is a key component of electric locomotive motor suspension assembly, and has an unique configuration. In view of this fact an analysis on casting process for the support seat was done, and cavity fill and solidification process of the support seat were simulated by means of a numerical simulation software. The results indicate that the designed running and feeding system makes it possible that the support seat is smoothly cavity- filled and orderly solidified. From non-destructive testing results it is showed that the casting process for the support seat is reasonable, and that the support seat casting is free from defects such as shrinkage and contraction cavity.
