摘要
概述了挤压铸造技术的发展、特点及国内外汽车用镁合金零件的挤压铸造。介绍了国内外挤压铸造设备的概况。在计算机技术的应用、半固态成形技术及汽车铸件的发展方向三个方面阐述了镁合金零件挤压铸造技术的研究现状与发展趋势。
The development and characteristics of squeeze casting technology, and the squeeze casting of magnesium alloy parts for automobile were outlined. The general situation of squeeze casting equipment at home and abroad was introduced. Recent situation of research on the squeeze casting technology for magnesium alloy castings and its development were described in such three respects as applications of computer technique, semi-solid forming technology and the development of automobile castings.
