摘要
目的 评估小切口矩形钉治疗胫骨开放骨折的疗效。方法 2 2例 2 4处胫骨开放骨折采用早期彻底清创 ,手法复位 ,有限手术的融入小切口行矩形弹性髓内钉固定。结果 随访 6～ 18个月 ,平均 6 8个月 ,骨折愈合时间为 2～ 7个月 ,平均 3 5个月。有 2例浅表感染 ,经换药后 1例 3周愈合 ,1例 4周愈合。无深部感染。骨折愈合后无成角、短缩、旋转等畸形 ,无膝、踝功能受限。结论 早期彻底清创 ,手法复位 ,小切口矩形弹性髓内钉固定是治疗胫骨开放性骨折的一种有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of minimal incision,early debridement,manipulative reduction,the rectangle shape intramedullary nails internal fixation of open fractures of the tibia Methods 22 patients with 24 open fractures of the tibia had been treated with early debridement,manipulative reduction,the rectangle shape intramedullary nails.Results The average of follow up was 6 8 months(6～18 months).The average time of the fracture union was 3 5 months(2～7months).There were two cases with superficial infection which healed up following wound dressing in 3～4 weeks.There were no malunion of fracture union.There were no limitations on knee,hip function.Conclusion Early debridement,manipulative reduction,the rectangle shaped intramedullary nails internal fixation are the effective methods for the treatment of open fractures of the tibia.
