摘要
AB高速公路在通车后仅11个月就发生了局部沥青路面坑槽、拥包及松散等早期病害,这些病害位置分布无规律,病害面积不大。为了查清事故原因,调查组一方面检查施工原始资料,一方面利用施工单位留取的原材料样品,进行目标配合比的还原,并进行各项试验,同时,在现场病害发生处及无病害处钻取芯样进行压实度、空隙率、混合料级配、油石比、芯样冻融劈裂强度以及残留稳定度等试验,最后对全路段进行沥青路面承载能力试验和车辙试验。通过试验得出的结论是,质量低劣的抗车辙剂以及混合料拌和不均、温度及水的共同作用是造成本次沥青路面早期损坏(Early damage)的原因。通过对全路段的检测结果分析,认为目前路面整体情况满足使用要求,只需对病害发生处进行局部处理,不需进行全面维修。
Early disease such as pavement potholes, triggers of surge,asphalt pavement relaxation etc. appeared in partcial asphalt pavement of the AB freeway only 11 monthes after running into use. The Disease area was small and its locations were disorder. In order to investigate the reason, the investigation team used the original material samples that kept by the construction unit to do the target mix proportion recovery and did all relative tests while checked the construction original record. Meanwhile, both core samples from asphalt pavement with disease and without disease were under going tests of their compaction degree, void ratio, asphalt mixture grading, asphalt-aggregate ratio, freezing-thawing splitting strength, residual stability etc., then the load bearing capacity and anti rutting tests for the asphalt pavement of the entire highway. The conclusion based from these tests is that the co-effect of unqualified anti-rut agent,unwell stired mixture, tempreture and water is the reason of this early damage. Conclusion from the analysis of the test result for the entire highway is that this highway is qualified for continuing use at aboved situation., only the disease areas need to be repaired but not the entire.
