摘要
某法院审判综合楼存在结构转换、立面收进、局部楼面开大洞、楼层错层等多项结构超限,上部结构体系为现浇框架-剪力墙结构。文章详细介绍超限设计的主要内容,对关键构件提出性能设计要求,采取针对性的结构技术措施。计算分析结果表明,选取的结构体系安全合理,能够达到预定的抗震设防性能目标。
There are several structure overrun problems such as structural transformation, setback in elevation,the local big holes in floors and a number of staggered floors in a court trial building. The upper structure system about the building is cast-in-site concrete frame shear wall structure. The main contents of transfinite design are introduced in detail, and the performance design requirements of key components are put forward,and the targeted structural technical measures are taken. The results of calculation and analysis show that the selected structural system is safe and reasonable, and can achieve the desired seismic performance goals.
