摘要
目的探析鼻窦炎患者经鼻内镜手术治疗的护理方案。方法以2014年2月—2017年6月收治118例确诊为鼻窦炎且采取鼻内镜手术治疗的患者为研究对象,在术前与术后对其实施护理干预。结果通过进行术前与术后合理的干预,患者获得了较好的治疗效果,仅有3例患者出现感染,占2.54%。术后随访调查发现,术后并发症复发率相对较低,仅有5例患者出现复发,占4.23%。结论对采用鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎患者进行合理的护理干预,治疗效果得以保证,因而具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the nursing plan of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with sinusitis. Methods From February 2014 to June 2017, 118 patients who had been diagnosed with sinusitis and undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery were enrolled in this study. Nursing intervention was performed before and aider surgery. Results Through the preoperative and postoperative intervention, the patients achieved good therapeutic effect, Only 3 patients were infected, accounting for 2.54%. Postoperative follow-up investigation showed that the postoperative complications and recurrence rate were relatively low. Only 5 patients had recurrence, accounting for 4.23%. Conclusion The patients with sinusitis who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were treated with reasonable nursing intervention and the therapeutic effect was guaranteed, and thus had good clinical application value.
