摘要
目的探讨经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的手术技巧及应用优势。方法将2016年6月—2017年7月45例输尿管结石患者作为对象,进行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗。分析输尿管结石治疗效果;恢复进食时间、输液天数、出院天数;患者发热、输尿管损伤等的发生率。结果经治疗,45例患者中,治疗显效30例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率95.56%。并发症发生情况中,明显肉眼血尿1例,发热1例,输尿管损伤1例,发生率6.67%。恢复进食时间、输液天数、出院天数(13.35±1.53)h、(2.51±0.35)d、(5.01±1.92)d。结论经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的手术效果确切,可减少创伤和并发症,加速术后康复,缩短出院时间,是输尿管结石理想治疗术式之一。
Objective To explore the surgical technique and advantages of holmium laser lithotripsy via ureteroscope for ureteral calculi. Methods From June 2016 to July 2017, 45 patients with ureteral calculi were treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy, therapeutic effect of ureter stone was analyzed. The time of feeding, the number of transfusion days and the number of discharged days were analyzed; incidence of fever, ureter injury and so on. Results In the treatment of 45 cases, 30 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.56%. Of the complications, there were 1 case of gross hematuria, 1 case of fever, and 1 case of ureteral injuries, with the incidence rate of 6.67%. The time of feeding, the number of days of transfusion, the number of days of discharge （13.35±1.53） h, （2.51±0.35） d, （5.01±1.92） d. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi is effective and can reduce trauma and complications, accelerate postoperative rehabilitation and shorten the time of discharge. It is one of the ideal treatment methods for ureteral calculi.
