摘要
目的探讨应用X线及CT诊断跟骨骨折的相关问题。方法择取我院2015年4月—2017年7月收治的80例跟骨骨折患者,全部患者均进行X线以及CT诊断扫描。结果全部患者中距下关节骨折患者32例,其中跟骨结节水平骨折占12例,跟骨结节内侧突骨折占8例,前突骨折占7例,载距突骨折占5例;距下关节内骨折患者48例,其中跟骨外侧距下关节面塌陷骨折占26例,跟骨全距下关节面塌陷骨折占22例。X线检查与CT诊断的准确率为76.25%,100%,其中X线检查出根骨结节水平骨折、跟骨结节内侧突骨折、前突骨折、载距突骨折、跟骨外侧距下关节面塌陷骨折、跟骨全距下关节面塌陷骨折的准确率分别为75%,75%,71.43%,80%,84.62%,68.18%;CT诊断各类骨折均为100%。结论 X线及CT诊断跟骨骨折具有一定的临床指导意义。
Objective To investigate the related problems of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of caleaneal fracture. Methods From April 2015 to July 2017, 80 patients with calcaneal fractures in our hospital were selected, they underwent X-ray and CT diagnostic scan. Results There were 32 patients with subtalar fracture in all patients, among them, there were 12 cases of horizontal fracture of calcaneal tuberosity, 8 cases of medial fracture of caleaneus tubercle, 7 cases ofpre - process fracture, 5 cases of space - borne fracture; 48 cases of subtalar joint fracture, among them, there were 26 cases of collapse of the subtalar joint from the lateral calcaneus and 22 cases of the subtalar joint. The accurate rate of X ray examination and CT diagnosis was 76.25%, 100%, X-ray examination of root nodules of bone fracture, the level of the medial process of calcaneal tuberosity fracture, fracture of the anterior process, sustentaculum fractures, lateral calcaneal fracture, the distance accuracy of calcaneus subtalar joint surface Collapse fracture collapse of the articular surface were 75%, 75%, 71.43%, 80%, 84.62%, 68.18%; CT diagnoses all kinds of fracture were 100%. Conclusion X-ray and CT diagnosis of caleaneal fracture have some clinical significance.
