摘要
目的探讨人性化服务对老年人体检有效度的影响。方法选择来本院体检者,分为对照组和观察组,前者接受常规化体检服务,后者接受人性化体检服务。评价两组体检者干预前后体检有效度的区别。结果医生对观察组体检者精神面貌、言行举止的评估高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组体检者体检当时血压、心率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体检内科医生为体检者提供人性化服务,可有效提高体检者满意度,使体检者心情趋于平静,使体检数据更符合并反映其当前应有的健康水平,从而提高体检的效果与目的。
Objective. To explore the influence of humanistic service on the physical examination validity of the elderly. Methods Physical examination was divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group, the former received routine physical examination, and the latter received humanistic medical services. To evaluate the validity of physical examination before and after intervention between two groups of physical examinees. Results The doctor＇s evaluation of the mental outlook and behavior of the physical examination of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; Two groups of physical examination at that time, blood pressure and heart rate were compared, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Medical physicians to provide the humanized service for physical examination, physical examination can effectively improve the satisfaction of the people feel calm, make more in line with the physical examination data reflect the current health level should, so as to improve the medical effect and purpose.
