摘要
将聚L-乳酸(PLLA)、聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)、芳基取代酰肼类化合物成核剂(TMBH)进行熔融共混制备了不同质量配比的复合物。采用DSC、WAXD、SAXS、POM、SEM和力学分析方法表征了TMBH含量对PLLA/PPC(80/20)合金性能的影响。表征结果显示,TMBH的添加对PLLA/PPC(80/20)合金的相容性影响不大,但可显著改善合金中PLLA的结晶能力,使合金的结晶度及组织均匀性提高、长周期减小。PLLA/PPC(80/20)合金中PLLA的晶体结构不受TMBH及PPC的影响。实验结果表明,合金中TMBH含量为0.4%(w)时,合金的结晶速率最快,结晶度最高,合金的断裂伸长率和冲击韧性达到最高。
The complexes of poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA), polypropylene carbonate(PPC) and nucleating agent tetramethylenedicarboxylic di(2-hydroxybenzohydrazide)(TMBH) with different mass ratios were prepared by melting blending. The effects of TMBH content on the performance of PLLA/PPC(80/20) alloy were investigated by DSC, WAXD, SAXS, POM, SEM and mechanical analysis. The results showed that the addition of TMBH has little effect on the compatibility of PLLA/ PPC(80/20) alloy, but the addition of TMBH can improve the crystalline performance of PLLA in the alloy and reduce the long period of the alloy. Additionally, the TMBH and PPC also have little effect on the crystal structure of PLLA in PLLA/PPC(80/20) alloy. The experiment results further showed that the crystallization rate, crystallinity, elongation at break and impact toughness of PLLA/PPC(80/20) alloy get the best under the condition of 0.4%(w) of TMBH.
