摘要
结合汽车摇臂零件的特点及加工要求,在充分分析中频感应加热控制系统测控要求的基础上,深入分析了汽车摇臂零件的加热工艺及流程,对汽车摇臂中频加热炉控制系统进行了总体设计,组构了加热控制系统的硬件,确定相关元器件的型号,为中频炉控制技术的改进提供了理论指导和技术支持。
The author considers the characteristics and processing requirements of automotive rocker arm parts,based on the full analysis of the measurement and control requirements of the intermediate frequency induction heating control system, the overall design of the control system of the intermediate frequency heating furnace is carried out. Analysis of heating process, the hardware composition of the heating control system is defined, control system electrical schematic design and component selection are completed, it provides theoretical support and technical guidance for intermediate frequency furnace control technology.
