温州三江立体城超限高层结构设计 被引量:2

摘要 目的以温州三江立体城的复杂综合体超限高层项目为例,针对塔楼和裙房的工程特点来进行超限高层结构设计.方法在超限高层设计中,对塔楼和裙房结构进行弹性时程分析、中震验算、静力弹塑性分析、楼板详细分析.结果塔楼和裙房均能满足规范要求,并达到其预期的抗震性能目标,通过了超限高层建筑抗震设防专项审查.结论对超限高层楼房结构的重要部位在进行性能设计时,采取必要的加强措施是整体结构体系的重要保证,也有利于对薄弱部位更好地加强,以满足结构安全. Wenzhou Sanjiang City is a typical complex overrun high-rise project. This paper is proposed to design high-rise structure with characteristics of the tower and the podium. In the design of high-rise tower and podium structure analysis,elastic time history analysis,pushover analysis,detailed analysis of the floor were investigated. The proposed tower and the podium can meet standard requirements,and achieve the expected goals of seismic performance. The special inspection on seismic fortification of overrun high-rise buildings is carried out. It is an important guarantee for the overall structural system to take necessary measures to strengthen the performance design of the important parts of the structure. At the same time, it is also beneficial to strengthen the weak parts to meet the structural safety.
