摘要
昆明山海棠Tripterygium hypoglaucum(Levl.)Hutch.系卫矛科雷公藤属植物,具有抗炎、抗肿瘤及抗生育等多种功效。我们曾对该植物茎化学成分进行了研究。
Six compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the dried stems of Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Lévl.) Hutch.. On the basis of IR, NMR and MS spectroscopic analyses and other analytical methods, they were identified as fumaric acid (Ⅰ), 3β, 22α-dihydroxy-Δ^(12)-oleanen-29-oic acid (Ⅱ), daucosterol (Ⅲ), 3-acetoxy oleanolic acid (Ⅳ), wilfolide A (Ⅴ) and β-sitosterol (Ⅵ) respectively. Ⅰ was isolated from the plants of genus Tripterygium for the first time. Ⅱ and Ⅲ were discovered in Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Lévl.) Hutch. for the first time. This is the first paper in which the isolation of Ⅳ-Ⅵ from the stems of this plant is reported.
