摘要
近年来,中餐主题宴会成为餐饮消费市场的新趋势,各种类型与风格的主题宴会孕育而出,本研究以此为背景对中餐主题宴会的内涵、设计的原则进行梳理和分析,进而提出设计的层次和策略。
In recent years, the Chinese theme banquet has become a new trend of food and beverage consumption market. There are various types and styles of banquets on the market. Based on this, this study combs and analyzes the connotation and design principles of Chinese banquet, and then puts forward the design level and strategy.
