摘要
委婉语是一种婉转迂回的语言表达手段,它的使用有助于缓解人与人之间紧张的关系。医患对话中委婉语的使用在某种程度上可以缓解医患关系。文章应用比利时著名语言学家Verschueren的顺应理论,探究医患对话中的委婉语如何动态地顺应交际语境。
Euphemism,an indirect language expression,coordinates people＇s relationship. The use of euphemism in the doctor-patient conversation can ease their relationship. Based on the Adaptation Theory put forward by Verschueren,this article discusses how euphemism in the doctor-patient conversation adapts to the communicative context dynamically.
