摘要
目的探讨基于网络平台上的闭环式护理不良事件警讯上报系统的应用效果。方法2015年全年针对护理不良事件采用普通人工上报，2016年全年采用网络平台建立闭环式护理不良事件警讯上报系统，对两个时间段内的应用效果进行观察对比。结果2016年护理不良事件发生率2．18％、漏报率9．65％、护理不良事件处理时间（15．39±8．51）h，明显低于2015年[不良事件发生率8．38％、漏报率24．61％、护理不良事件处理时间（30．38±8．62）h]。且跟踪率88．12％和护理质量考核评分（53．94±4．06）明显高于2015年[跟踪率61．50％、护理质量考核评分（48．67±4．33）]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论闭环式护理不良事件警讯上报系统的应用有利于改善医院护理安全管理工作质量，减少漏报率，有显著实用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of closed-loop nursing adverse events alarm reporting system based on network platform. Method Observed and compared the application effect of ordinary nursing adverse events manual report in 2015 and closed-loop nursing adverse events alarm reporting system based on network platform in 2016. Results In 2016, the incidence of adverse events was 2.18%, the rate of missing report was 9.65%, and the processing time of nursing adverse events was （15.39±8.51）h, which were significantly lower than those in 2015 [8.38%, 24.61%, （30.38±8.62）h]; in 2016, the tracking rate was 88.12%, and the nursing quality assessment score was （53.94±4.06）, which were significantly higher than those in 2015 [61.50%, （48.67±4.33）], with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of the closed-loop alarm reporting system of nursing adverse events is helpful to improve the quality of hospital nursing safety management and reduce the rate of missing report, with significant practical value.
