摘要
研究苹果矮化砧木扦插生根的解剖学机理对加快其扦插繁育进程具有重要的意义。对植物扦插生根的类型进行了介绍,并就生根类型、环状厚壁组织、插穗不定根的排列方式3个方面与扦插生根难易的关系,从解剖学方面对苹果矮化砧扦插生根机理进行了综述,可为弄清苹果矮化砧扦插生根机理提供解剖学理论依据。
It is significant to study mechanism of the cutting rooting from anatomy to improve the cutting breeding progress in apple dwarf rootstock. The types of plant cutting rooting were introduced, and the relationship between rooting type, circle sclerenchyma,arrangement of adventitious roots in cutting and cutting rooting were reviewed from anatomy for finding the apple dwarf rootstock mechanism, which could provide anatomical basis for understanding the rooting mechanism of apple dwarf rootstock.
