摘要
套筒灌浆料是装配式建筑钢筋与套筒连接的关键材料,为了满足冬季施工的要求,分别研制出操作时间较长的P-1型和强度较高的P-2型两种负温套筒灌浆料,并对其竖向膨胀率、抗折强度、抗压强度等主要性能进行了测试分析。研究表明,两种套筒灌浆料各项性能指标均符合JG/T 408—2013《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》的要求。
Cementitious grout is the key material to the steel connected with the sleeve of prefabricated building. In order to meet the requirements of winter construction, two kinds of negative temperature cementitious grout P-1 and P-2 are developed respectively. P-I has a longer operating time, and P-2 has a high strength. The vertical expansivity, rupture strength, and compressive strengthare tested and analyzed. The result show that the various performance indexes of two kinds of sleeve grouting material can meet the requirements of JG/T 408--2013 Cementitious grout for coupler of rebar splicing.
