肺部单发性结节的CT表现与诊断作用分析 被引量:4

摘要 研究肺部单发性性结节的CT表现和鉴别诊断。抽取收治单发性肺结节患者78例为研究对象,经临床手术:良性结节40例、恶性结节31例和肉芽肿7例。所有患者来院后均接受CT扫描和病理学检查,比较多层螺旋CT检查结果的灵敏度、特异性及准确性。多层CT扫描结果显示:良性结节38例、恶性结节32例、肉芽肿8例。多层螺旋CT扫描判断恶性结节灵敏度为90.32%、特异性为91.49%、准确性为91.03%,判断良性结节灵敏度为90.00%、特异性为94.74%、准确性为92.31%,判断肉芽肿灵敏度为100%、特异性为98.59%、准确性为98.72%。多层螺旋CT扫描肺部单发性结节诊断结果准确性、灵敏度及特异性均较高。
