宫腔镜与腹腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下大肌瘤疗效比较被引量：1

摘要将2012~2015年入住我院治疗子宫黏膜下大肌瘤的120例患者随机分为宫腔镜下行切除术治疗的观察组与腹腔镜下行手术切除术治疗的对照组,将两组本次手术情况与术后并发症情况作以比较。结果观察组术后宫腔粘连发生率为0.0%显著低于对照组10.0%(P<0.05)。宫腔镜切除术治疗子宫黏膜下大肌瘤疗效肯定,并发症少,明显缩短患者住院时间,利于术后患者尽快恢复,临床应用效果良好,值得广泛应用与推广。
