摘要
目的观察金属预成冠在儿童乳磨牙根管治疗后的修复应用效果。方法 81例牙髓炎患儿随机分为A组(26例)、B组(27例)、C组(28例)3组。在常规根管治疗后,A、B、C组分别应用金属预成冠、玻璃离子、光固化树脂修复,对比3组术后12、24、48周的修复效果。结果术后12周,3种材料的修复有效率均为100%;术后24周,A、B、C组修复有效率间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后48周,A组的修复有效率明显高于B、C两组(均P<0.05)。结论在乳磨牙根管治疗后的修复中,金属预成冠可以有效恢复患牙正常咬合关系,提高咀嚼效率,维持修复体的完整性,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of preformed metal crowns in the restoration of pediatric deciduous molar after root canal therapy. Methods 81 children with pulpitis were randomly divided into Group A （26 cases）, Group B （27 cases） and Group C （28 cases）. After root canal therapy, Group A, B and C were restored with preformed metal crowns, glass ionomer cement and light cured resin, respectively. The restoration effect of the three groups at the 12th, 24th, 36th week after operation was compared. Results At the 12th week, the restoration rate of the three groups was all 100%; at the 24th week, there was significant difference in the restoration rate among the three groups （P〉0.05）. At the 36th week, Group A had the restoration rate significantly higher than Group B and C （〈0.05）. Conclusion The restoration after canal therapy in pediatric deciduous molar, preformed metal crown can effectively restore the normal occlusion of sick teeth,improve masticatory efficiency and maintain the integrity of the restoration, which is worth clinical application.
