超微血管成像与彩色多普勒血流成像对乳腺结节的诊断价值比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较超微血管成像(SMI)与彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)对乳腺实性结节的诊断价值。方法 81例患者102个乳腺实性结节行SMI及CDFI检查。以术后病理结果为诊断金标准,用Adler标准进行评级。结果 SMI分级与CDFI分级诊断乳腺结节的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性及阴性预测值分别为61.19%vs 60.66%、88.57%vs80.49%、70.59%vs 68.63%、91.11%vs 82.22%、54.39%vs 57.89%。SMI分级与CDFI分级曲线下面积、标准误、95%可信区间分别为0.807 vs 0.763、0.041 vs 0.047、0.717~0.879 vs 0.669~0.842,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SMI分级诊断对乳腺实性结节的诊断效能高于CDFI。 Objective To compare the diagnostic value of superb mierovascular imaging (SMI) and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) for solid breast nodules. Methods A total of 102 solid breast nodules in 81 patients were examined by SMI and CDFI. Based on gold standard of postoperative pathology, breast nodules were evaluated with Adler's grading criteria. Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive and negative predictive value of SMI and CDFI in the diagnosis of breast nodules were 61.19% vs 60.66%, 88.57% vs 80.49%, 70.59% vs 68.63%, 91.11% vs 82.22%, and 54.39% vs 57.89%, respectively. The area under curve, standard error and 95% confidence interval of SMI were higher than those of CDFI (0.807 vs 0.763, 0.041 vs 0.047, 0.717-0.879 vs 0.669-0.842; P〈0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of SMI is superior to that of CDFI for solid breast nodules.
