二苯并呋喃加氢产物组分分析方法的建立 被引量:3

Establishment of Component Analysis Method for the Hydrogenation Product of Dibenzofuran

摘要 二苯并呋喃加氢产物有环己基苯、联苯、邻苯基苯酚,建立四种组分含量的毛细管气相色谱测定方法,采用内标法分析组分。毛细管柱为HP-5、氢火焰离子化验检测器和程序升温,以环己烷为溶剂,萘为内标物对上述组分进行测定。结果表明,加氢产物中各组分能很好的分离并且分析时间不超过15 min。这种方法更加精准、操作简便,相对标准偏差为0.57%~2.82%。 The hydrogenation products of dibenzofuran include cyclohexyl benzene,biphenyl,o-phenyl phenol. In this paper, determination method of the four components content by capillary gas chromatography was established; the components were analyzed by the internal standard method. Type of apillary column was HP-5;FID and TPD were used,cyclohexane was used as solvent, naphthalene was used as internal standard. The results show that the components of the hydrogenation product can be well separated and the analysis time is less than 15 min. This method is more accurate, easy to operate; the relative standard deviation is 0.57%~2.82%.
