摘要 本文利用一阶导数高速脉冲极谱法定量分析醋酸泼尼松及其制剂。在1.2×10~2mol/LH_2SO_4的乙醇和水(3:2)的底液中,于-1.05 V(vs Ag/AgCl)处出现一良好的峰,在5.0×10~5~2.5×10^(-4)mol/L范围内,药物浓度与峰电流呈线性关系。检测限为2.5×10^(-10)mol/L。本法操作简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确。 The first derivative high-speed pulse polarography was developed for the determination of the prednisone acetate and its preparation. By using ethanol-water solution containing 1.2×10^(-2) mol/L sulfuric acid, there was a very good peak at — 1.05 V (vs Ag/AgCl). The linear relarionship between concentration and peak current was obtained in the concentration range of 5.0×10^(-5)~2.5×10^(-4) mol/L. The determination limit is 2.5×10^(-10) mol/L. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive. The result is accurate.
