阶层分化与高校大学生思政教育创新研究

摘要 "阶层论"的建构对高校大学生思政教育创新有着重要的理论意义。阶层分化背景下,大学生阶层意识觉醒、价值观念多元化、负面情绪蔓延等新的思想特点的出现给思政教育带来挑战。面对日益复杂的受教育对象,传统的、相对单一的思政教育模式亟待创新。思政教育改革要坚持开放、实践和差异原则,探索构建系统化的教育体系,实施因材施教,倾注人文关怀,促进全面发展。 The"Class Theory"is of great significance to the innovation of college students' Ideological and Political Education. under the background of the social stratum differentiation, new ideological characteristics arise among today's college students such as consciousness awakening, value pluralism, negative emotional contagion and so forth, which bring great challenges to Ideological and Political Education. Facing the educational objects who are greatly different from the ones who are in old days, traditional and relatively single education model need urgent innovation. The Ideological and Political Education reformers should adhere to the principles of openness, practice and differences during the process, therefore to build a systematic education system. Treat students in accordance with their aptitude and with humanistic care, and they can achieve all-round development.
