镁合金静电喷雾喷嘴表面镀层组织与性能研究

摘要 通过在镁基喷嘴表面制备锡酸盐转化膜和化学镀层,对比分析了镁基材、转化膜和镀层的显微形貌、物相组成、腐蚀形貌和电化学性能。结果表明,锡酸盐转化前的试样表面物相由α-Mg和Mg_(17)Al_(12)组成,锡酸盐转化后表面膜层由α-Mg、Mg_(17)Al_(12)和Mg Sn O_3·3H_2O组成;化学镀层的表面腐蚀形貌相对锡酸盐转化膜更轻,而采用45 g/L Ni SO_4·6H_2O和60 g/L Na H_2PO_2的镀层没有发生明显腐蚀。 The morphology, phase composition, corrosion morphology and electrochemical property of the magnesium substrate, the selenate conversion coating and the chemical coating were investigated. The results show that the main phase of selenate before transformation are α-Mg and Mg17Al12, the main phase of selenite transformed surface layer are α-Mg, Mg17Al12 and MgSnO3·3H2O; The surface corrosion morphology of electroless plating is lighter than that of selenate conversion coating, and the coating with 45 g/L NiSO4-6H2O and 60 g/L NaH2PO2 has no obvious corrosion.
