摘要
利用基于体视学原理和电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)的五参数分析法(FPA),研究了99.9%纯铁经厚度减缩量为90%轧制变形后,在620℃退火过程中再结晶晶界面的取向分布。结果表明:在纯铁轧制变形后的再结晶退火过程中,其晶界面取向分布先向{1 1 1}集中,然后转变为取向于其他多个晶面上的发散型分布,并且这种转变是经过晶界的局部调整机制实现的。在退火过程中,其∑3晶界面取向分布及其界面匹配存在规律性变化,并受到退火前轧制变形方式的影响。
99. 9% pure iron was studied by annealing at 620℃ after 90% thickness reduction by cold rolling. Its grain boundary plane distributions were characterized by five -parameter analysis method (FPA) which was developed based on electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The results indicated that the grain boundary planes were concentrated on { 1 1 1 } at the early stage of annealing after cold rolling. Then, they transformed to distribute on many other crystallographic planes during further annealing. Such transformation was completed through a mechanism of local adjustment of the grain boundaries. Mean- while, it was also found that the grain boundary plane distribution as well as the grain boundary inter - connections of ∑ 3 boundaries were changing regularly during annealing, and it was influenced remarkably by the rolling mode before annealing.
