摘要
通过对泉州市民营企业的培训现状与体系进行分析,发现泉州市民营企业培训体系存在缺乏有效的培训需求分析、培训计划制订不科学、培训方式单一、培训评估机制不健全等问题。提出在"互联网+"时代,泉州市民营企业应充分利用大数据分析了解培训需求,制定科学合理的培训计划并落实贯彻执行,运用移动互联网改变培训方式,建立健全培训体系,以全面提高员工的综合素质,并促进企业可持续发展。
Analyses of the present training situations and systems of private enterprises in Quanzhou led to a description of the problems existing in the training system, namely, lack of effective training needs analysis, unscientific training planning, a single training mode, and imperfect training evaluation mechanism, It was then proposed that private enterprises in Quanzhou understand the training needs and implement scientific and rational training programs by taking advantage of big data, change the training modes by using mobile tools, and establish a sound training system. These methods would improve the quality of the staff and promote sustainable development of enterprises.
