摘要
目的:探讨上前牙单牙即刻种植即刻修复美学效果。方法:选取2012年1月至2014年1月仲恺高新区人民医院口腔科诊治的上前牙单牙种植修复的40例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,观察组患者给予即刻种植即刻修复,对照组患者给予早期种植,对两组患者进行2年随访,对比观察组和对照组患者的修复效果及美学效果。结果:观察组患者基线期边缘龈水平、近中龈乳头、远中龈乳头美观状况与对照组相比明显较优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后2年修复体美学状况与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者基线期修复体美观率与对照组相比明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:即刻种植能有效提升患者基线期修复体美学状况,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the aesthetic effect of anterior teeth dental immediate implant and immediate restoration. Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group（n = 20） and control group（n = 20）. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group（n = 20）. The patients in the observation group were given immediate implantation and the rats in the control group were given early implantation. The two groups were followed up for 2 years. The effect and aesthetic effect of the observation group and the control group were compared. Results The level of gingival in the edge of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the aesthetic status of the two groups（P 0.05） compared with the control group. There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the observation group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Immediate cultivation can effectively improve the patient＇s baseline repair aesthetic status, the effect is significant.
