摘要
目的:观察替硝唑与盐酸米诺环素软膏联合治疗牙周病的疗效。方法:将东莞市塘厦医院口腔科于2015年2月至2016年2月收治的100例牙周病患者分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组给予甲硝唑治疗,观察组采用替硝唑与盐酸米诺环素软膏联合治疗。评估两组疗效并对比不良反应。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率94.0%,较对照组78.0%明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率4.0%,明显低于对照组的20.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替硝唑与盐酸米诺环素软膏联合用药治疗牙周病效果确切,用药安全性较高。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tinidazole and Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment combined treatment of periodontal disease. Methods 100 patients with periodontal disease from Department of stomatology in our hospital during February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the control group（50 cases） and experimental group（50 cases）.The control group was given the treatment of metronidazole and tinidazole,the experimental group received Tinidazole and Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment combined treatment. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 94 %, significantly higher than that in the control group 78%,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4 %, significantly lower than that of the control group 20.0 %（P 0.05）. ConclusionTinidazole and minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with drugs in the treatment of tooth week disease has definite effect, high safety for medication, it is worth popularization and application.
