摘要
目的:研究旋覆代赭汤加减联合艾普拉唑治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的临床价值。方法:选取2014年7月至2016年8月惠州仲恺高新区人民医院收治的RE患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予艾普拉唑,观察组在此基础上加服旋覆代赭汤,比较两组治疗有效率及治疗前后主要中医症状积分,并观察不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率90.00%明显高于对照组70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组反酸、烧心、胸痛、嗳气积分及总积分均较对照组显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率分别为7.50%、5.00%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:旋覆代赭汤加减联合艾普拉唑治疗RE疗效优于单用艾普拉唑,可有效改善患者症状,且不良反应轻。
Objective To study the clinical value of Xuanfudaizhe decoction combined with ilaprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis（RE）. Methods From Jul.2014 to Aug.2016, a total of 80 RE patients in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）. All the patients received ilaprazole, besides, the patients in the observation group accepted additional Xuanfudaizhe decoction. The total effective rates and main symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups were compared, and the adverse reactions were also observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00% which was obviously higher than that in the control group 70.00 %（P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, the scores of heart burn, acid regurgitaion, chest pain and belching, and total score in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment（P 0.05）; there was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate（7.50 % and 5.00 %） between the two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion Xuanfudaizhe decoction combined with ilaprazole which has better clinical effect and less adverse reactions in the treatment of reflux esophagitis, can effectively improve patients＇ symptoms. Thus, it is worthy of application in clinic.
