摘要
经济新常态背景下,我国商贸流通业对区域经济发展起到极大促进作用,如引导生产、刺激消费、加强产业间的联系等。与此同时,商贸流通业转型升级面临着诸如基础设施建设不均衡、网点规划不合理、业态比例失调、法制化建设滞后等问题。应采取规划先行提升商贸流通业与区域经济发展匹配度、加强商贸流通业发展环境建设、挖掘区域特色文化打造特色商贸经济、探索"互联网+商贸流通业"模式等措施,促进区域经济持续健康发展。
Under the background of new normal, the commercial circulation of China has large promotion effect on regional economic development, Such as guiding production, stimulating consumption and strengthening industrial connection. Meanwhile, the upgrading and transformation of commercial circulation faces problems such as imbalanced infrastructure, unreasonable network plan, disproportional industrial status and lagged legal construction. We should adopt planning to raise the match degree between commercial circulation and regional economic development, strengthening commercial circulation development environment construction, digging regional characteristic culture to build featured commercial economics, exploring ＂internet＋commercial circulation＂ and improving regional sustainable and healthy economic development.
