摘要
对2011-2015年湖北省审定的69个水稻(Oryza sativa L.)品种的品质检测结果分年度与品种类型进行了稻谷质量7个主要指标的统计。统计数据与分析结果表明,2011-2015年平均优质率为69.6%,出糙率、整精米率、直链淀粉含量、胶稠度和长宽比的平均数都达国标三级及三级以上质量标准;垩白粒率、垩白度仍是影响稻米品质的主要因素。并对存在的问题提出了几点思考。
The quality testing results of 69 rice varieties released during 2011-2015 in Hubei province were analyzed based on 7 main quality indexes. Statistics showed that the average percentage of high-quality rice was 69.6%. The average value of brown rice rate,milled rice rate,amylose content,gel consistency and aspect ratio reached the third grade of GB quality standards. Chalkiness was still the main affecting factor of rice quality.
