摘要
混凝土细观力学是研究混凝土材料性质的重要方法之一.首先,采用被占区域剔除法生成骨料,该方法能较快地完成高含量骨料的混凝土细观力学模型生成.然后,针对目前混凝土细观力学网格剖分的难题,提出了单元切割法,解决了全级配高含量骨料有限元网格剖分的难题,并且所产生的网格单元形状比较规则均匀.最后编写了三维细观混凝土试件等效弹模的数值计算程序.算例给出了湿筛二级配、三级配以及全级配混凝土的细观力学模型,并将单元切割法产生的网格应用于混凝土细观力学等效弹模的计算,数值计算结果与其他数学方法的结果接近,表明该方法具有较好的实用性.
Mesomechanics is one of the important methods for the concrete material mechanics research. Firstly, the method of excluding the occupied space is used to generate concrete aggregate; and then high content aggregate of concrete model is quickly obtained through the method. In view of the present mesh discretization problem of mesomechanics of concrete, a new method called element cutting method is proposed, which solves the finite element mesh discretization problem of high content aggregate of fully-graded concrete; and the generated elements are uniform and regular. Finally, a three-dimensional equivalent elastic modulus estimate program for fully-graded concrete is compiled. The wet sieve two-graded concrete model, three-graded concrete model and full-graded concrete model are shown in the numerical example. The generated mesh is applied to calculate the equivalent elastic modulus of concrete; the numerical calculation results are in agreement with other mathematical methods, so as to show that the method could have good practicability.
