摘要
小麦的抗旱性是指小麦在大气或土壤干早条件下种植生存和生长并形成产量的能力。通过对选取5个无芒小麦品种和5个有芒小麦品种离体叶片保水力、丙二醛含量、失水率、主根个数及分蘖数的测定,发现有芒品种的失水程度、丙二醛含量、叶片失水率显著低于无芒品种,主根长度显著高于无芒品种。这说明小麦的芒性与其抗旱性存在着一定的相关性,且有芒品种的抗旱性显著强于无芒品种,在干旱和半干旱地区以种植有芒品种为主,在湿润和半湿润地区适宜种植无芒品种,在今后的育种工作中应根据品种推广地区的气候条件有选择性地培育有芒或无芒品种。
Drought resistance of wheat refers to the ability of wheat to grow, survive and produce under the condition of early drying of air or soil. Through a test of water holding capacity, MDA content, water loss rate, main root number and tiller number of the selected 5 wheat varieties without awns and 5 wheat varie- ties with awns, we found that the degree of water loss, MDA content and leaf water loss rate of Miscanthus species are significantly lower than those of non smooth varieties, and the length of taproot was significant- ly higher than that of non Miscanthus varieties which shows there is a certain correlation between the wheat awn and its drought resistance, and the drought resistance of awn variety is stronger than that of no awn varieties. The varieties of Miscanthus should be mainly planted in arid and semi-arid areas, and those varieties without awns should be planted in the humid and semi humid areas. In future breeding, species with or without awns should be selectively cultivated according to the climatic conditions in the species extension area.
