摘要
《医心方》由日本医家丹波康濑采撷中国宋以前的医籍精华分类编纂而成,书中引文均标明文献的来源出处,其中大量采录了中国东晋时期葛洪《葛氏方》的原文。本文从条文分布、征引方式、主治病证、治法特色等方面入手,对《医心方》引录的《葛氏方》进行初步的分析研究。经初步统计分析,在《医心方》全文30卷中,有26卷引录了《葛氏方》的原文;丹波所引《葛氏方》是未经金人整理过的葛洪医方;透过《医心方》引录的原文,反映出葛氏医方治病广泛、方法多样、取材便捷、操作简便的特色。
Yi Xin Fang was compiled by the Japanese medical home, Danbokonase, before the Chinese Song Dynasty. In the book, the citation indicates the source of the document, which includes a large collection of the original texts of Ge Hong＇s Ge Shi Fang in the Eastern Jin Dynasty of China. This paper starts from the provisions of distribution, the main way and main cure of syndrome, treatment characteristics, makes analysis and research of Ge Shi Fang cited by Yi Xin Fang preliminarily. According to the preliminary statistical analysis, among the 30 volumes of Yi Xin Fang, 26 volumes have cited the original texts of Ge Shi Fang;, Ge Shi Fang cited by Danbo is the medical prescriptions of Ge Hong doctor that has not been cleaned up by the Jin-Dynasty scholar. Through the quote of Yi Xin Fang, the article reflects the characteristics of Ge＇s medical prescriptions, which is extensive, diverse, convenient to draw materials and easy to operate.
