摘要
频率偏移严重极大地降低电网运行的可靠性,对电力用户用电质量造成损害。此外,频率是电力系统是否安全可靠运行的重要评判标准之一,为此本文主要是采用基于卡尔曼滤波原理,提出综合检测和预测电网频率的技术,并用于实际电网频率检测和预测中,最后通过实例仿真验证证明了该方案的可行性。这对于提高我国电力系统运行的稳定性具有重要的作用和工程应用价值。
The frequency offset severe greatly reducing the reliability of power grid can cause electricity quality of power users by damage. Moreover, the frequency is an important criterion of power system is safe and reliable operation, so this paper is mainly based on the principle of using the Kalman filter, put forward a comprehensive grid frequency detection and prediction techniques, and used for the actual grid frequency detection and prediction, Finally, simulation examples demonstrate the feasibility of the scheme. It has an important role and value engineering to improve the stability of power system operation.
