摘要
本文采用磷酸二酯酶法测定了银屑病患者表皮和血清中钙调素(Calmodulin,CaM)含量,并报道了血清中无机磷的升高。健康人表皮CaM含量为0.45±0.09 μg/mg protein(16例),而患者未病变表皮含量为1.71±0.31 μg/mg protein(16例),病变表皮则更高为2.88±0.75μg/mg protein(16例)。血清CaM含量健康人为0.33±0.07 μg/mg protein(10例),患者为0.69±0.31μg/mg protein(9例)。血清无机磷含量健康人为0.04±0.01μg/mg (10例),患者则为0.13±0.06μg/mg(11例)。结果表明患者表皮和血清中CaM含量及血清无机磷含量显著升高。
The calmodulin content of the epidermis and serum in psoriasis was determined by using purified calmodulin and calmodulin-dificient phosphodiesterase from pig brain as a standard, and the content of inorganic phosphorus was also determined. Calmodulin content in the healthy human epidermis was 0.45±0.09 μg/mg protein (16), whereas it was significantly increased in psoriatic epidermis and 2.88±0.75 μg/mg protein (16) for the involved epidermis, respectively. In serum, calmodulin content was 0. 33±0.07 μg/mg protein (10) for the healthy humen and 0.69±0.31 μg/mg protein (9) for the psoriatic patients, respectively. In addition, inorganic phosphorus content was 0.04±0.01 mg/ml (10) for healthy humen serum and 0.13±0.06 mg/ml (11) for psoriatic patient serum, respectively. These results suggest that the elevation of calmodulin and inorganic phosphorus content may be related to the pathomechanisms of psoriasis.
