摘要
目的 探讨膝关节复发性关节炎采取关节镜切除技术治疗的临床效果.方法 随机选取120例2014年1月-2015年12月收治的膝关节复发性关节炎患者,随机分为观察组（关节镜下切除清理治疗）与对照组（关节炎常规治疗）,观察与比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状改善情况、治疗有效率以及疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、膝关节功能Lysholm评分等情况.结果 两组治疗后患者疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、膝关节功能Lysholm评分等指标较治疗前有明显改善（P〈0.05）;在治疗后6个月时,两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、膝关节功能Lysholm评分等指标无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,观察组在治疗后12个月时,疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、膝关节功能Lysholm评分指标显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后观察组较对照组的治疗有效率显著要高（P〈0.05）.结论 在临床治疗中应用关节镜切除技术,可显著改善膝关节复发性关节炎患者临床症状,促进膝关节功能恢复,治疗效果显著,值得推广.
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of knee arthroscopy on recurrent arthritis. Methods Randomly selected 120 cases of knee joint with recurrent arthritis in our hospital between January 2014 and December 2015, were randomly divided into observation group （resection under arthroscopy cleaning treatment） and the control group （routine treatment）, observated and compared the clinical symptoms improval, treatment effectiveness and visual analogue scale （VAS） pain, Lysholm knee function score of two groups of patients before treatment, before and after treatment. Results After treatment the two group＇s visual analogue scale （VAS） pain, Lysholm knee function score significantly improved than before treatment （P 〈 0.05）; In the 6th month after treatment, two group＇s visual analogue scale （VAS） pain, Lysholm knee function score metrics such had no significant difference （P 〉0.05）, the observation group＇s in the 12th month after treatment, visual analogue scale （VAS） pain, lysholm knee function score index significantly better than the control group （P 〈0.05）; after efficient treatment observation group＇s effective rate was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic removal technology applied in the clinical treatment, can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with knee joint recurrent arthritis, promote the knee function recovery, has significantly treatment effectiveness, is worth popularizing.
