摘要
提出了基于四轴冗余构型的双光源部件冷备份方案,并给出了基于光功率监测的光源故障与光路故障诊断方法。首先设计了单轴光纤陀螺光功率监测电路,分析了光功率监测输出值与到达探测器光功率的传递关系,然后结合四轴光功率值监测结果给出了光源故障判据。实验结果表明四轴光功率监测能有效判别光源故障,为双光源冷备份光纤陀螺组件方案提供了光源故障诊断与处理的依据。
In this paper,based on the four-axis redundant configuration,the cold backup scheme of dual light source module is designed,and the method of light source fault and light path fault diagnosis based on optical power monitoring is proposed. The optical power monitoring circuit of single-axis fiber optic gyroscope is designed,and the relationship between the output value of optical power monitoring and the optical power of detector is analyzed. The optical power monitoring circuit of single-axis fiber optic gyroscope is designed,and the relationship between the output value of optical power monitoring and the optical power of detector is also analyzed. Combined with the monitoring results of four-axis optical power value,the failure criterion of light source is proposed. Experimental results showthat the four-axis optical power monitoring can effectively determine the light source failure,which provides a basis for light source fault diagnosis and treatment for the dual light source cold backup fiber optic gyroscope components.
