摘要
目的观察四黄贴敷委中穴对妇科腰硬联合麻下行腹腔镜术后患者腰部疼痛的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月—2017年1月在本院妇科住院行腹腔镜术后出现腰痛患者44例为研究对象,随机分为2组,其中对照组23例,治疗组21例。对照组采用常规消炎补液治疗和护理措施,治疗组在对照组的干预基础上在术后1 h内采用四黄贴敷委中穴,3 d后观察2组患者腰痛的治疗效果。结果总有效率治疗组为95%,对照组为83%,治疗组临床综合疗效优于对照组。2组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四黄穴位贴敷委中穴可有效缓解和预防腰麻下妇科腹腔镜术后患者腰痛的症状,其操作简单、安全,易被患者接受,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of application o f Sihuang acupoint pasting on Weizhong（ B40） for lowback pain after operation of gynecological combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia in laparoscope. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in the surgical hospital, 44 patients with lower back pain after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into treatment group of 21 cases and control group of 23 cases. The control group used the conventional sterilization fluid infusion treatment and the nursing measure, while the treatment group applied Sihuang acupoint pasting on Weizhong（ B40） based on the control group within one hour after operation. 3 days after operation, the curative effect of two groups of patients with lowback pain was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95 % and 83%, the clinical comprehensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. There was statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Sihuang acupoint pasting on Weizhong（ B40） can effectively relieve lumbar hemp and prevention of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery under the symptoms of patients with lowback pain, and it has the advantages of simple operation, safety, no side effect and easy acceptance by patients, and is worthy of being popularized in clinic.
