摘要
目前,我国各省、市、县区废水重点排污企业大部分已按要求安装污染源在线监控系统,在线监测设备能够及时、准确、客观地反映污染物排放状况,为实施总量控制提供依据。
At present, most enterprises of key wastewater discharging in China＇s provinces, cities and counties have installed online monitoring system ofpolintion sources on-line monitoring equipment according to the requirements, this online monitoring equipment can reflect the emission of pollutants timely, accurately and objectively, to provide the basis for the implementation of total amount control.
