摘要
针对山西某煤矿近距离煤层开采过程中,下层1808综采工作面采用外错方式布置,辅运巷煤柱在压力作用下局部片帮、变形严重,严重影响了井下设备运输并且威胁到巷道的安全。因此,对1808辅运巷煤柱的破坏变形区域进行了注浆加固,有效地提高了煤柱的稳定性及巷道的通过性,保证了巷道的安全。
According to a Shanxi Coal Mine close during coal mining,1808 fully-mechanized face used the wrong way lower layout. The auxiliary coal pillar is under pressure,deformation is serious,it serious impact on the underground transportation equipment and threaten the safety of roadway. Therefore,in this paper,the 1808 auxiliary transport crossheading pillar deformation,the scheme design of grouting reinforcement,through the implementation of grouting reinforcement and damage parts of the coal pillar,effectively improve the stability of roadway and coal pillar by nature,to ensure the safety of the roadway.
