摘要
管乐队作为一种特殊的社会组织,在繁荣社会文化,提升人们艺术素养方面发挥重要作用。但是,我国管乐队的出现时间较晚,在管理和运营方面尚不成熟,甚至由于对各类资源的不当使用,导致无法正常运转。鉴于此,本文对新时期管乐队的管理现状进行分析,对其经济效益审计问题进行研究。
As a special social organization,the orchestra plays an important role in the prosperity of social culture and the promotion of people＇s artistic quality.However,the orchestra in our country appeared only in later times,so it is still not mature in the management and operation,and even the organization can not function properly because of the improper use of various resources.In the case,the paper,based on the analysis of the orchestra management at present situation,carries on a research on its economic efficiency audit.
