摘要
随着高分子材料科学的进步及电力事业的发展,电伴热方式已逐步在化工、油田、机械、电力、制药、食品和建筑等领域应用。电伴热技术对环保有积极意义,有着广阔的发展前景。分析比较了自调控技术与恒功率技术的不同原理及特点,介绍了石油化工装置中自调控电伴热系统的设计选型。电伴热系统在满足设备工艺要求的同时具有高效、节能的特点,在石油化工设备中应用广泛,为设备的稳定生产及运行提供保障。
With the progress of polymer material science and the development of electric power industry,electric heat tracing has been gradually recognized and applied to fields such as the chemical,oil field,machinery,power,pharmaceutical,food,architecture and etc.Electric heat tracing technology has positive significance to the environment protection that is highly promoted currently,and broad development prospects therefore.The design and selection of electric heat tracing system in petrochemical equipments were introduced.Principles and characteristics of two typical electric heat tracing system-automatic adjustment and control technology and constant power technology were analyzed and compared.It satisfied the process requirement with characteristics of higher efficient and energy saving,and has been widely applied in petroleum chemical industry equipment and is a guarantee for the stable production and operation of the equipment.
